immigration, and return migration..
from lebanon there is just migration abroad.. no return migration but return funds to families and some tourism during holidays but here the point is that there is brain drain taking event.. do u really want a country empty of brains? just a heaven for tourists while the ones actually living there have bad economy, no jobs except if they belong to some capitalist big company that ensure lots of exclusive offers to tourists?
you can then say: well not everyone is migrating only those that have the cash or opportunity to migrate
But almost everyone *and I say almost everyone cause there are few that does not belong to this group*
almost everyone specially the "youth" in lebanon have wished for migrating abroad and at least a try to migrate. There are always complaining about the situation in the country and the studies that never profit after graduations and the finding no job and that the richer capitalists get richer while youth go under the poverty line etc etc
but lemmie tell you something
If you can't try and live and survive in that place *now happens to be your homecountry* then you wont be able to try and live and survive anywhere else.
I know situation in lebanon sux, Even I complain about it, specially when you see all the majors and studies people really put time into studying and all the unjust "wasta" and bribes life that Lebanon reach.. you can only sigh and be depressed and go home and lie in your room and never do anything *roll and die*
BUT this is not the spirit!
There is still lots to be done, You are young, no job yes believe me all youth in all over the world are having troubles and problems finding jobs.
you are a student.. no cash flow.. believe me all youth *except the elite rich ones* has got no cash flow and they take either loans or work parttime jobs to manage the studies..
you have no rights in the country, too many tabuu, too much politics... yes this is lebanon if you the young one cant break that pattern who do you expect to break it?
Lebanon is an extraordinary case, life is difficult..
but still Lebanon is much better than many other places in the world.
STOP comparing with western countries the aim is not to be westernized cause they do not look at anyone they just solve their country problems.
look at your country problems try solve what you can begin from urself i'm not demanding u go to prime minister and tell him to step off so u can take over.. but start with ur own ideas, be creative, if u can survive in lebanon.. u can survive everywhere
Return migration happens sooner or later, or maybe never..
funds are just illusion of a better life "what goes around comes around"..
Starting something up, being creative is the only source that you can use as you capital for now till some miracle happens but till it happens then you wont depress over what did in your youth rather u'd be proud of urself
*i'm sorry if I sound too much bla bla bla and this is not towards anyone in personal this is just general talk*
